Launched 4 years ago by Victoria Koelkebeck, Victoria says in her online bio that she ‘lives and breathes Devoid (www.devoidmagazine.org).’ Known in a past life as “Tornado,” she touched down in Las Vegas in 2021 and founded Devoid Magazine to fill a void in long-form journalism focused on the city’s arts and culture.
